The 2006 harvest brought excellent quality and quantity.
Our production was expanded and we have following remaining this
fall:
REDS
Bison (dry)
WHITES
Old Lady White (semi-dry)
Late Harvest Vignoles (semi-sweet) 375ml
Cayras (semi-sweet Cayuga with a touch of raspberry)
3 Sisters (semi-sweet)
Vidal (dry)
The 2007 harvest
Was very different — and very good. The hot, dry
weather and long growing season meant most of the varieties were ready for
harvest at the same time, or at least one right after another
— keeping John and his helpers very busy in the vineyards, and
crushing and pressing.
As the wine works this winter weÕre preparing for next yearÕs
offerings. Along with what you have come to expect — including a good
selection of whites and reds from dry to semi-sweet — we are also looking
forward to having a good supply of locally grown pinot noir; and an estate
bottled deChaunac.
